TO ADD AN EXISTING E-MAIL ACCOUNT TO MICROSOFT OUTLOOK
EXPRESS |
E-mail address must be entered
into our server before it can be added to your computer.
If this hasn't been done please call the office to arrange
this.
1. On the TOOLS menu, click ACCOUNTS.
2. In the INTERNET ACCOUNTS dialog box, click the ADD
button.
3. Select MAIL to open the Internet Connection Wizard,
and then follow the instructions to establish connection
with a mail or news server.
NEW E-MAIL SETUP WIZARD
• In the DISPLAY NAME dialog box enter whom you
would like your mail to come from eg: The Smith
Family
• Click NEXT
• Enter your EZLINK e-mail address eg: your_name@ezlink.ca
• Click NEXT
• Incoming mail server is POP3
• Incoming mail server - ezlink.ca
• Outgoing mail server - ezlink.ca
• Click NEXT
• Enter your account name
• Enter your password
• Click on remember password if you don't want to
type it in each time you pick up your mail.
• Click NEXT
• Click FINISH ....it's done! |
